Sortable holdings, better mutual funds information, improved offline support

• Holdings table can be sorted by it's headers name, full name, last buy, shares, average cost, cost basis, 1-day change, and total.
• 1-day change is a new column for holdings table.
• Improve fetching mutual fund full names and price fetching.
• More reliable offline support.
