Improved networth chart

• Networth is calculated for all dates for lots without an acquisition date.
• The "ALL" range shows monthly networth for a smoother chart.
• Contributions and Gains moved to the bottom for less chart clutter.
• Touch scrubbing on mobile no longer accidentally highlights the chart.

Grouped holdings

Holdings are now grouped together by name. If you have multiple lots of VTI, it shows the summed change in value and the average performance across your lots. Click on VTI to see the performance of individual lots.

The profile page is the first page you see when logged in. This also makes the app feel snappy if you install it as a progress web app on your phone, tablet, or desktop.
